PARK CLASSES

Join us at various parks around the West Hartford area for park classes. A mixture of HIIT, running, and circuit training. This total body burn out is a sure way to get in shape.

Circuit Training - A mixture of fitness and creativity for all levels that produces optimal results. We start with a foundation of body weight exercises, cardio and strength training with mobility drills to recover and restore your body.

yoga WITH ATHLETES - with natasha

Yoga with Athletes delivers the body-balancing, muscle recovery and flexibility training that our fit fam athletes need to help them feel better and do better. This all-levels class incorporates strength, power, restorative postures and breathing exercises that are designed to leave you feeling better at the end of class than when you started.

45 minutes of bands, light weights and high reps. All sweat with an intense burn.

Classic Barre with a cardio/sculpt twist.  Utilizing bands, light weights, trx and more, this class will help create lean muscle while building strength, endurance and flexibility.
